DevOps Services in India
We build automated build, test and deployment pipelines around your tech stack, in the cloud or on-prem, so your team can ship reliable software more often.
DevOps is about shortening the path from a code change to working software in front of users, without sacrificing stability. In practice that means automated builds, automated tests, repeatable environments and deployments that anyone on the team can run with confidence.
INNOVISCENT provides DevOps services in India for teams that deploy by hand, wait too long for feedback, or struggle with environments that behave differently from each other. We design CI/CD pipelines, define infrastructure as code and add the monitoring you need to spot problems after a release.
Because our roots are in QA automation, testing sits at the centre of every pipeline we build. Unit, API and UI tests run automatically on every change, so a green pipeline really means the software is ready to release.
We also care about what happens after the setup is finished. Every pipeline is documented, kept in your own repositories and explained to your team, so you are never dependent on one engineer or on us to ship a release. If you want ongoing help, we can run and improve the pipeline as a monthly service.

Problems We Solve
Manual, risky deployments
Releases depend on one person following a checklist. We script every step so deployments are repeatable and can be rolled back.
Slow feedback
Developers wait hours to learn whether a change broke something. Pipelines give them build and test results in minutes.
Environments that drift apart
Dev, test and production are configured by hand and behave differently. Infrastructure as code keeps them consistent.
Little visibility after release
Failures are reported by users first. Monitoring and alerts tell your team before customers notice.
Our Process
- 1
Audit
We review your repositories, branching model, build and release steps, and your cloud or on-prem setup, and agree the goals.
- 2
Pipeline
We set up CI/CD with automated builds, tests, security scans and deployments to each environment.
- 3
Infrastructure as code
We define servers, containers and cloud resources as code so environments can be created and changed safely.
- 4
Operate & improve
We add monitoring, logging and alerts, document everything and keep improving release speed and stability.
Tools & Technologies
Pipelines run on Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, depending on where your code lives. We package applications with Docker, run them on Kubernetes or managed cloud services, and define infrastructure with Terraform. Most of our cloud work is on AWS and Azure, and we also automate on-prem deployments.

Industries We Serve
SaaS products
Frequent releases that need fast, safe, automated deployments.
E-commerce
Seasonal traffic peaks and zero-downtime releases.
Fintech
Audit trails, access control and repeatable environments.
Healthcare
Controlled releases and consistent environments for regulated data.
How an engagement works
Example engagement: from manual releases to a tested pipeline
An outline of how we typically run this kind of project. Client details are withheld.
The challenge
A typical starting point: a product team builds on a developer's laptop, copies files to the server by hand and tests after the release. Releases happen rarely because each one is risky.
Our approach
We move the build into a CI pipeline, run the existing unit tests and add API smoke tests on every pull request, containerise the application and script deployments to staging and production with a one-click rollback.
The result
The team can release whenever a change is ready, every release is tested the same way, and a failed deployment can be rolled back in minutes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with cloud and on-prem setups?
Yes. We build pipelines for AWS and Azure as well as for on-prem servers and private data centres. Many clients have a mix of both. We start from what you already run, automate it, and only suggest moving to new platforms when there is a clear benefit in cost, reliability or speed.
Can the DevOps pipeline include automated testing?
Yes, and we recommend it. We connect unit tests, API tests and UI tests to the pipeline so every change is tested before it can be deployed. Because QA automation is one of our core services, we can also build the test suites themselves if you don't have them yet.
Will we be locked into your tools or services?
No. We build pipelines with standard, widely used tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker and Terraform, keep all configuration in your repositories and hand over documentation. Your team can run and change everything without us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it is optional.
How long does a DevOps setup take?
A basic CI/CD pipeline for a single application can usually be running within a few weeks. Larger setups with several services, infrastructure as code and monitoring take longer and are delivered in stages. We agree the plan after an initial audit of your current setup.
What does a DevOps engagement cost?
Cost depends on the number of applications, environments and cloud services involved, and on whether you want a one-off setup or ongoing support. We start with a short audit of your current build and release process, then quote a fixed price for the pipeline setup or a monthly fee for running and improving it. The audit itself is free.
